Plug-In Conflict

  • I updated your Matomo plugin recently to version 1.0.24 and noticed that another plugin I use everyday, WooCommerce PDF Invoices v2.6.1, suddenly stopped allowing me to use their Print function in Firefox.

    Really strange.

    When I deactivated Matomo, clicking on their PDF button in Woocommerce invoice would launch a new window in Firefox, and I had the option to Save or Print. This option is set in the WooCommerce PDF Invoices plug-in’s Settings.

    When I actiavted Matomo 1.0.24, clicking the PDF button simply downloaded the file without launching Firefox and offering options.

    Stranger still – this behavior only shows up in Firefox (78.1.0 esr version) but it works normally in Chrome.

    The support person for WooCommerce PDF Invoices and I both focused on your plugin because it was the only one that had been updated before the strange behavior started.

    I haven’t tried going back to Matomo’s previous version yet but I thought you might want to know about this behavior.
