    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

I don’t think that this has to do with the tables.
From what I can see, the HTML markup is different. The images in that gallery simply don’t have a link around them in the HTML source code of the page.
Could this be some setting for the gallery?

    Regards,
    Tobias

Seems strange because If I remove the table the links on the images work. It works on this page https://leytonorientprogrammes.co.uk/2019-20/ which is the same gallery format.

    Hi,

can you please try turning off the “Use DataTables” checkbox on the table’s “Edit” screen? That’s the only thing I can think of that could remotely have an influence here.

I’m not that convinced though. When I check the source of those to pages in the browser (“View Source”), I can see that the 1988-89 does not have HTML code for links (<a href=...) in it, while the 2019-20 page does.

I’ll try that. Do you know what would cause the HTML code links to be missing for certain pages? The pages were all made the same way.

    Hi,

I’m not too familiar with the Gallery feature that you are using, but does it maybe a common setting where you can choose where the image links point to? Maybe that’s somehow turned off for this gallery?

And are you actually sure that removing the table Shortcode from the page again restored the links?

    Tobias

Hi, I turned off use data tables check box and still no luck.

I’ve just removed the table from the page and the links now work again….

    Hi,

an update for everybody following this thread:

Moving the table Shortcode from a normal text block to a “Shortcode” block in the WordPress editor solved this.
With this, the images on both pages are clickable again ??
