I installed your player from a zip file version and when I tried to activate the plug-in it gave me the following message, “Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_media() in /home/content/08/7819308/html/wp-content/plugins/yendif-player/admin/controller.php on line 108”.

Now I can’t open my admin panel! I tried shutting it down and still get the same Fatal Error message. Any suggestions?! I can’t update my site until this is resolved. Please help.

I doubt your WordPress version is very old. “Yendif Player” requires WordPress version 3.5.1+ to work properly.

Just remove (root)/wp-content/plugins/yendif-player/ using your FTP client. This should delete the plugin enable the access back.
