Plug in does not redirect user to mobile website

When I first set up the plugin, it would redirect the mobile user to a mobile optimized website, but after a few times of testing the page and functionality it stopped redirecting. The correct mobile URL is in the plugin, so I am not sure what is wrong.
Can you Help, please?
