  • Hi Miss Nicole,

    Here’s what you gonna do.

Extract your downloaded zip file. After extract, open the folder which the same as the file name. Then open the folder, SELECT ALL and add to archive. Remember to save as .zip.

Then upload the new compressed file.

    Or another option,

Go to WP Dashboard, go to Plugins >> Add New >> search “Contact Form Builder”, once you’ve found the plugin. Just click “Install” button.

Neither option worked. How can i get someone to assist me with plugging it in?

    Some things to try…

“Could not create directory” may be due to:
    1. the directory:
    wp-content/plugins/contact-form-builder
already exists, if so delete it
    2. delete any contents of the wp-content/upgrade directory, but do not delete the directory itself. If no upgrade is in progress, this directory should be empty

If you are able to load another plugin, then 3 & 4 don’t apply.

    3. insufficient permissions on the /plugins or a parent directory, check that folder permissions are 755.
    4. inadequate file space remaining on your host account
Check for the above using cpanel or whatever file manager software your host gives you.

Ask your host support if they can help.

    – Read this fix somewhere, don’t understand it but it worked for someone. Deactivate all plugins, try to install this plugin again, then reactivate plugins

If you need someone to sort this out for you, consider posting a job.
