Plug in for affiates to generate banners

Searching through the plugins I see a lot for tracking and posting but the site I’m creating wants to offer affiliate opportunities. Once the user registers and is approved, is there a plugin where they can pick a pre-designed banner and it will generate the code – a la Amazon.com or cj.com?
