plug-in for monitoring outgoing comments, links, etc?

I was wondering if there’s a plug-in that monitors links, posts, etc made by a WordPress account that I am running. In the past, spammers seem to have controlled the account for a while. So I am seeing hundreds of websites with spam comments left by the account. I need this plug-in so I can make sure intervention took care of that and no new spam is sent out.
