Thanks, after removal it is okay but not sure if I install autocompleter again, will that issue surface again, is it known issue for autocompleter ?

It is most likely, but, this could be an issue of compatibility of this plugin with another plugin, your theme, or the version of wp in use (or all or some of the above). contact plugin dev.
