PLUG IN NEEDED

  • Does any one know of a plugin that can help me out on both problems below.

    https://www.blackburnnowandthen.co.uk is our website and i need to know if there is a plug in that will allow visitors to add placemarkers to google maps, the idea is that a visitor can enter a postcode in a field under the images and it adds it to a google map?

    Second one is Facebook style tagging.

    we would like to allow people to TAG the images when they recognise local buildings/landmarks is this possible?

    Please help
