[Plug-In : NextGen Gallery] Lightbox effects not working?

Hi

I’m trying to change effect on my next gen gallery, but unless I’m using ‘Shutter’, class=”shutterset_%GALLERY_NAME%” none of the effect will work.

I try to use ‘Thickbox’ but all I get is a enlarged image on a white background? do I need to install something?
