Plug in not working

This plugin provides features other DHL plugin fails to provide. Like to have an import account. We have used other DHL plugins for some time and have extensive knowledge of Worpress and Woo.

The plugin will not calculate rates and when a second product is added to the cart, the shipment amount is also wrong.

I wrote to support with details account access for the site, the reply can you send me a screenshot. I would like to use this plugin, however without support, as we all know this is not worth it.
