Plug-in not working.

  • I am trying out the tracking plug-in of Yith.
    I get the information at the order but once i’ve filled it in, no information is sent to the customer.

    Could you tell us which version of the plugin you use? If you do not have it updated, please try to do so and see if the problem persists.

    Do you use any custom email or the default one in WooCommerce?
