Plug In Not Working For Me

So I’ve just installed this plugin, I’ve entered in my organizer key and access token and I’ve used the shortcode here:

[register_free_webinar webid=98877253377413377 pageid=8284]Because my thank you page ID is 8284 and my webinar register URL is https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/98877253377413377
When I enter in the info and push the submit button, the page reloads, but does not redirect and there is no record of a new registrant in my GoToW account.
I’m using the “Razor” theme with version 4.4 of WordPress.
Please advise,
