Plug-in not working on latest WordPress

    I installed this plug-in on the latest version of WordPress (on Responsive child theme) a day ago and tested my site on GTMetrix. There’s been no change in the speed and GTMetrix continues to show the same error. This plug-in is active and I cleared all page caches, but GTMetrix says that javascript is still being parsed during initial page load.

    Any idea why it might not be working?

    Still not working after WP 4.7.2 was automatically installed. Shall I just give up then and install something else that works?
