plug-in not working on mobile

    Hello,
    I’m using a very basic theme, Hello Elementor, the free version of elementor and the free version of your plug-in.
    Everything is working great on all different web browsers I’ve tested on several computers, but it’s not working on any mobiles with firefox (maybe not uptodate, but…). It’s working on mobile with Chrome though.
    Is it a problem you’re familiar with (I’ve only found one thread on the subject of mobile devices)?
    Is the free version supposed to work on mobiles and tablets?

    Thank you for your question and we’re glad to answer you.

    Our free version has basic protection and doesn’t have an overlay feature which is available in our pro version. Overlay protection can protect your images with a protective cover on your images which prevents thieves to save your images.

    Hello,
    Now, I bought the pro version, installed the plug-in, and the result is the same, on firefox on mobile devices it still doesn’t work. I’ve had many people try it on their mobile as well, same, not working on firefox.
    I need a solution please, or at least an explanation, a comment, please.

    And also, I can’t disable the alert messages anymore (I could with the free version though!), and this on any browser and any device. I’ve tried to delete/modify every line, it refills automatically with default line when I click “save settings”. I simply want to disable the alert.

    Do you have any cache plugin installed? if yes please clear the cache
    Also, please check the browser console error log, if there is some erors caused by any other plugins, this may affect our plugin functionality
