Plug-in now showing up in the menu

Hi,
I have a problem accessing the plug-in. It’s installed (I see it in the installed plug-ins tab) but I can’t see it anywhere in the menu. I’m sure I’m missing something obvious but I need assistance.
I’m running WP 3.8.1 with a premium theme – Sahifa.
