Plug in settings and WP discussion page now give a “connection was reset” error

    Hi Guys. I’ve been using the WP User Avatar plug in a lot (v2.0.7) both live and on localhost. It suddenly started throwing a “connection was reset” page at me when I tried to access the settings page or WP discussion page. I tested this over three separate localhost installs, all the same. I disabled the few plug ins that were running, and the same. It will allow me to access the plug in’s Library page though. I’m not sure if there was an update and I missed it, but it doesn’t work now.

    Localhost stats (running MAMP: Apache/2.2.29 (Unix) mod_wsgi/3.5 Python/2.7.10 PHP/7.0.8 mod_ssl/2.2.29 OpenSSL/0.9.8zh DAV/2 mod_fastcgi/2.4.6 mod_perl/2.0.9 Perl/v5.22.0.
    PHP Version: 7.0.8
    MySQL Version: 5.5.42
