    Hi,

    I have attempted to set up this plugin on our site and I can’t seem to get by the loading. I have successfully loaded it on a draft page, but when I copy the exact same shortcode over to the main page and load it where I would like it, it doesn’t work and all I get is the circle loading image.

    Has anyone experienced this issue before? Help.

    Thanks

    Hi @smcnabb,

    Could you please share URL on which page you have added shortcode? Also please make sure to use correct single quotes when you copy it from plugin page. You can share shortcode too, so I can test at my end.

    @milap,

    Here is the URL: https://taralegion383.ca/drafts/

    Here is the shortcode I’m using

    [fb_widget fb_url=’https://www.facebook.com/RCLBranch383′%5D

    This shortcode worked on the draft page, but not on the page url in my original post. Once I can get it working, I’ll add a more detailed shortcode to adjust the size, etc.

    Thank you for your assistance

    Hi @smcnabb,

    I can see shortcode is working on https://taralegion383.ca/drafts/ page. The shortcode should be [fb_widget fb_url='https://www.facebook.com/RCLBranch383/']

    Also, if it is working on one page and not on another page, then it must be some JavaScript conflict or something. I can not comment until I see that page where it isn’t working.

    @milap ,

    Great, thanks. I may have gotten it working. I was probably using the wrong single quotes.

    One other question, is this plug-in mobile and tablet responsive or friendly? Because it does not display at all on my phone or tablet.

    Thank you!

    Hi @smcnabb,

    This plugin feed is responsive in mobile and tablets. If feed is not working in mobile devices, If the feed is not loading properly on mobile devices, it could be a separate issue that is possibly related to antivirus software or a firewall on the mobile device.

    @milap,

    Thanks again. After your reply, I was able to confirm the plug-in wasn’t working with safari only. I did have my wife try it on her android phone and it worked, and I tried it with my mobile devices using chrome and it also worked. So, safari seemed to be the issue.

    I started playing with setting on my mobile devices and with many restarts and setting changes I was able to get it to work on both my devices using safari. I had to turn off the ??hide ip address?? in Settings / Safari / Privacy & Security.

    Thanks!
