Plug in suggestion facebook

Hi, I have googled and searched, but can’t find what I am looking for. Can you please help.

I am after a plugin that will automatically post my new blog post onto my facebook page wall. Currently I am using network blogs, but am not happy when people press the link that their bar is at the top of my blog page.
