[Plug-in: WP Job Manager Applications] Make applications pending?

Hey all, just getting my head in to the WP Job Manager and Applications plugin running on a jobify theme. I have modified most things to the way I like, but there’s one last thing bugging me.

I want people to be able to apply using the Applications plugin and form but for them to sit in pending, which gives me a chance to review and speak to the applicants before approving and submitting their details/resume to the employer. Is there any way to make this happen?

I have tried the Resume plugin which has a feature similar to it but doesn’t work the way I want. All I need is a pending option on the Applications submission.

Any help would be appreciated ??
