You have a WordPress.com blog, it’s entirely separate from www.ads-software.com.

They don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available to self-hosted www.ads-software.com blogs. You can find out more about that here: https://support.wordpress.com/plugins/

Another part of the difference is that WordPress.com takes care of the updates for you. You’re always on the latest version, so they don’t display that.
