Plug-in's not working

  • Hello,

    I recently started my WordPress site, and for some reason i cannot add plugin’s to any of the themes. It is weird because it worked before, but now i keep getting
    “Downloading install package from https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/bogo.2.0.zip…

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Could not create directory. /hermes/bosweb26b/b2252/ipg.justbosscorpcom/wp-content/plugins/bogo/

    Plugin install failed.”

    No matter what theme or plug in I select.

    I’m not the most tech savvy so I don’t know how to fix this issue.

    Any help?
