[Plug: SI Captcha] Reposition Captcha in Comments Form

When I activate SI Captcha it appears between comment-form-url & comment-form-comment
https://www.schoolsacrossborders.org/blog.php/?p=35I want it to go between the comments & the submit button. How would I do this?
