Plugasm

  • I cannot believe this isn’t more popular yet. I think it’s beautiful in every aspect, from the code base up to the configuration interface. It already has pretty nice output right out of the box and solid customization options, whilst giving none of the crippling buy premium here all over the place crap that almost every other plugin providing this functionality has.

    If the provided customization options are not sufficient you can simply switch off the Plugins CSS/JS and write your own. YES. So much butter than some of those >100 inputs configuration mazes…

    I actually had given up on this after trying about 5 other “free” plugins with varying degrees of frustration. I think this plugin could and should become widely popular in the near future. Keep it up! ??

    Thanks a lot for your awesome review! I am trying to keep the balance between feature richness and usability. This also means sometimes that I won’t implement every functionality a small usergroup ask for.

    I am a big fan of the open source concept and I thought it’s time to give something back to the community. So I put this plugin (which I have originally implemented for a friend of mines homepage) into the WordPress plugin repository. Even if have to invest some spare time on weekends, reviews like that keep me motivated to carry on.
