Pluggin doesn’t work anymore

  • Hi,

    3 days ago, I wanted to make a new email before to download: But it doesn’t work anymore… I am redirected to http error 500.

    below the shortcode I used :
    [email-download download_id=”7496″ contact_form_id=”7492″]

    It’s really strange as it works well on 2 others pages…

    Can someone know how to resolve this issue?

    I checked many times the shortcode and can find the issue, Also when I removed the shortcode from my page, it works properly so I really don’t know what happens but for sure something with the plugin.

    Hi reufjaha,

    Unfortunately, no… I have tried everything, now I am trying another free alternative with MailChimp but it’s a bit shame as I was very happy with this plugin before… Hope someone will help us… let’s cross fingers
