[Plugin: 404 Redirected] trackback error

hi,
most(!) my trackbacks get linked as 404. some really result in a 404-not-found-page.
not sure but $patterns_array[] = "/(trackback|feed|(comment-)?page-?[0-9]*)/?$"; seem not to be optimal for permalinks as /cat/site/trackback/

any hints? thanks ??
