Plugin abandoned? Where can we ask support questions?

    I see that the plugin makers have decided not to answer any questions any more. Is this the right place to ask plugin related questions?

    Would it also be possible that the plugin makers state somewhere that they don’t want to reply to questions so that people don’t waste their time?
