plugin activate error

    Hi,
    on new install WP 5.8 I get error during activation of plugin.
    from debug:
    PHP Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp/.postman_f83d380a.lock) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/….) in /home/…./wp-content/plugins/post-smtp/Postman/PostmanUtils.php on line 241
