plugin activated. but not to be found from gutenberg

    im trying to make a plugin. With npm start dev no error messages.
    On the wordpress backend I activated the plugin. But when I have a page and I want to include it , the plugin cannot be found.

    WordPress version : 6.5.5

    wordpress-scripts : 28.3.0
