I am running into an issue where when I activate the plugin it takes me to an error page saying “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” If I refresh the plugins page and click opt in it takes me to this same error page, there is also an error notification saying “WooCommerce?must be installed and activated in order to use?Subaccounts for WooCommerce.” and below that has the “You are just one step away –?Complete “Subaccounts for WooCommerce” Activation Now” message (which also takes me to the error page). I have tried re-activating WooCommerce, as well as disabling all other plugins and themes and this did not work. Other plugins with WooCommerce dependencies are working as well. Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi @brandenc,

    Thank you for reaching out!

If you activate the plugin, is the following page on your site reachable? Dashboard → WooCommerce → Subaccounts → Contact Us

If so, could you contact us via the contact form and provide us with both administrative and FTP access to your site?

    Hello,

When activating the Plugin the only options are Opt in and Deactivate, there is also no menu item on the dashboard for Subaccounts under WooCommerce, do you know where I should start looking for troubleshooting on this? As mentioned before this is happening even with all other plugins except WooCommmerce disable and on default themes.

    Hi @brandenc,

Could you please try to download and install the 1.6.2 version (“Previous Versions” section, on this page: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/subaccounts-for-woocommerce/advanced/) and let us know if this fixes the reported issue?

    Hello,

I tried this out and it did not work unfortunately. I also tried versions 1.5 and 1.4 which both are running into the same error still. I will mention that this is on a multisite, all of the sites in the multisite are running into the same issue. I installed it on a second multisite we run and it is working on that one, not sure what the difference might be as they are run the same way, but let me know next troubleshooting steps you can think of!

    Hi @brandenc,

The reported issue has been addressed on version 1.6.4. Could you please test the activation process and let us know the result?

Please note that activating the plugin on the entire network is not supported at this time. However you may want to try activating it individually on all the sites you need to use it on.

Feel free to report any issues you may encounter, via: Dashboard → WooCommerce → Subaccounts → Contact Us.
