Plugin Activation Fails

  • I am getting this error while activating the plugin..

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_plugin_data() in /home/XXXXXXXX/public_html/wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-product-vendors/includes/class.yith-vendors-privacy.php:27

    I am using PHP 7.2, WordPress 4.9.6 and WooCommerce 3.4.2. No other plugin is activated and using the default theme.

    Hi there,

    for some reason your website don’t load the plugins.php file so I have added a fix for this.
    You can download a fixed copy of class.yith-vendors-privacy.php file from here https://we.tl/SLxVLGWV8x and replace it in /wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-multi-vendor/includes/class.yith-vendors-privacy.php.

    Just wanted to confirm I also had the exact same error on a brand new installation with no other plugins except woocommerce and default WP theme.
