    Hi Daniel,

I downloaded the plugin 3 times and couldn’t activate it to start setting it up. This is the message I kept getting after each activation:

“Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wps_seo_booster_load_textdomain() (previously declared in /var/www/web1488/html/appsolute/wp-content/plugins/wpsocial-seo-pro/wpsocial-seo-pro.php:53) in /var/www/web1488/html/appsolute/wp-content/plugins/wp-social-seo-booster/wpsocial-seo-booster.php on line 67”

How can I fix this? Thanks in advance for your kind support.

    Kind Regards,

    Maurice

    Hi Daniel,

I have installed WP Social SEO Booster first on another blog of mine, just to see if it was working on another blog and I was able to activate it. Then I installed WP Social SEO Pro and when I activated it, I got a similar fatal error message again:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wps_seo_booster_load_textdomain() (previously declared in /var/www/web1488/html/brand2/wp-content/plugins/wp-social-seo-booster/wpsocial-seo-booster.php:66) in /var/www/web1488/html/brand2/wp-content/plugins/wpsocial-seo-pro/wpsocial-seo-pro.php on line 54

I first thought the theme on one blog was the issue which prompted me to test the plugins on my 2nd website only to find out that it was not.

There seems to be a conflict between both plugins. You cannot activate the 2 without causing a fatal error! How can we fix this?

    Kind Regards,

    Maurice

There is absolutely no sense to install both plugins. They are both the same, except that the pro has many more features. So if you add the pro then please deactivate the free one. The options form the free one will be taken in to the pro.

Hi Daniel and thanks for the reply!

Are you saying they are both the same?… In one of the videos I watched they were 2 different plugins!

Of course when one is activated, the other one can’t work. I didn’t know they were the same. Ich glaube die Sache hat sich erledigt dann…

    MfG
