Plugin activation notice won't go away

I have Sportspress Pro installed. I dismiss the notice about activating this plugin and it doesn’t go away.
Ever.
No matter how many times I dismiss it.
Using the Rookie theme 1.3.1, WordPress 4.3.1, Sportspress 1.9.10.
