[Plugin: Ad Injection] FINALLY something that actually works

Afetr testing 15 plugins that claim to automatically insert ad code into pages and posts, I almost gave up and then came across this one. This one worked IMMEDIATELY with minimal configuration and did not require me to go and tamper with template files. Don’t waste your time with other plugins and save yourself hours of frustration by using this one. To the author, well done, you have achieved what seems to stump most plugin authors. I only wish there a way to remove bad plugins from the wordpress plugin database because there is so much junk that just does not work.
