• Hi. I want to use this plugin to inject “images” on my site. How do I do this? I am not a programmer and I dont have programming skills. I see that you have to enter an ‘AD CODE”? Does it mean I have to “code” a jpg file in order to inject the image on my site? Also is it possible to inject an image in a fixed area(zone) of the front page? Please help. Thanks.

    Hi timtangtoronto.

    1. You don’t need to be a programmer to insert an image ?? Just put the HTML for the image into the box. i.e the HTML that looks a bit like <img src="https://whereveryouimageis.jpg" width="100" height="100">

    2. It depends where the fixed area is. You can insert an Ad Injection widget into any of your widget areas. Or if the image needs to be in the post you can just set fixed positions rather than using randomly positioned ads.

So I originally thought that ad injection only served text or Adsense ads. But in reality we can add banner images. Jpegs, pngs, and or flash?

I would like to rotate and test my own banners on my blog. Is this possible with ad injection. This is my first foray into ad serving.

Hi bradjerger, yes you can insert anything using Ad Injection. It just inserts any text that you put into the box. It could be images, text, ads, JavaScript, even PHP.

You can definitely use your own banners.
