    if the plugin works with the standard theme (Twenty Eleven ?) then the problem might be with your theme.

    Hi caramba1337, I suspect that the theme might be overriding or changing the priority of when the formatting is added to the page.

    Try adjusting the priority value on the Advanced (middle tab) in the Advanced Settings section. Try increasing and decreasing the priority and please reply to let me know if this works or not.
