    running MacOSX 10.5.6 Leopard / WordPress 2.7.1
    Apache/2.2.9 (Unix) PHP/5.2.6

    D’oh! Typical WP permissions issue. I think i fixed it with this…

    sudo chown -R _www:_www wp-content/
