Plugin adding extra slashes to gallery path when saving changes on the gallery

    When editing a gallery and saving your changes the plugin is adding extra slashes to the gallery path, it is actually duplicating the amount of slashes each save. This is breaking certain functionalities within the galleries/albums.

    So if you have on your gallery path the following:

    \wp-content\gallery\gallery-name-2017

    Every time you save it, it will duplicate the amount of slashes:

    \\wp-content\\gallery\\gallery-name-2017
    \\\\wp-content\\\\gallery\\\\gallery-name-2017
    \\\\\\\\wp-content\\\\\\\\gallery\\\\\\\\gallery-name-2017

    Etc…

    Please help!

    @demaier – We are aware of this issue and it has been addressed to the best of our knowledge. Are you using the latest release of NextGEN Gallery (et al. by Imagely) as well as having all other active plugins and your current theme up-to-date?

    @photocrati – Yes I’m using the latest release 2.2.1 and yes all my other plugins are up-to-date.

    @demaier – Thanks, unfortunately these forums do not provide access to information/tools we can use (mostly due to their public nature) whereas our Bug Report system will provide us a better environment to further investigate this issue.
