plugin adding ‘https://cdn.cdn. for Js and css files

the plugin has been updated and the duplicate cdn. has been removed from the custom cdn domain name.

Now it is adding an extra cdn. in front of all newly uploaded images files that has cdn.example.com making the url cdn.cdn.excample.com/example.jpg
