Plugin adding 'NoFollow'

Hi,

I noticed that the external links on my pages were having the ‘nofollow’ attribute added to them automatically. I found that it was your plugin that was doing it. To resolve I have to go in to every page and select ‘nofollow’ on the advanced tab, save the page, and then select ‘follow’.

If there is any chance you could look at this for the next update it would be most appreciated!
