• After upgrading to the most recent version, out theme is broken. I suspect a javascript conflict. Frustrating.

  • @drift_dave – Can you give me a link to your site. Also, what do you mean by broken. I’d love to take a look and see if it’s a bug on our end.

    Jorbin,
    Thanks for the reply.

    I have the plugin disabled because it completely breaks the theme. The url is driftsnowkitemag.com.

    I have tried using the plugin as well as using code in the theme template page itself. I haven’t been able to debug whether it is a conflict with another plugin or the theme itself, but it cripples the site whenever any of the new AddThis functionality is present.

    I had noticed before the upgrade to 2.0.1 that AddThis would sometimes have issues, but it seemed that I could get the plugin working again by re-saving the options settings. No luck now.

    Thanks,
    Dave

    How would you describe the appearance of the site when you activate AddThis? Did you have problems on both the home page and individual posts? What options did you select for AddThis? If you’re able to activate the plugin and take a screenshot (or better yet copy the html and pastebin it), it would make it a lot easier for me to help.

    One problem that I’ve seen is some themes mis-use floats which can cause problems with our sharing widget. adding
    div.atclear { display:none !important; }
    to your theme’s style.css seems to fix the issue for some people.
