@ftpaul.org Yes you can. From the Basics tab in Addthis settings, you can select the styles of buttons. There is an option for Custom Buttons. You can add custom codes from https://www.addthis.com/get/sharing like,

You got tones of options there to customise the looks of buttons you need.
