[Plugin: Admin Menu Editor] Doesn't work on all menu items

I can move some of the menu items but not others. I can hide some but not others. Changing settings in the plugin settings seems to only randomly work. Any help here?

I am experiencing similar issues. I doubt you will get help from the developer here, however, being they have a paid version and a premium support package.
