[Plugin: Admin Menu Editor] Plugin not working on my versions of WP 3.0.4

I upgraded the plugin on a number of sites which coincided to the WP 3.0.4 upgrade. Now the plugin does not work. Tried using earlier versions of the plugin but no success. Any ideas how to resolve this?
