We are currently having an issue with the plugin. When we go under Authors in the WordPress admin we are not seeing the name, email, or Author URL. We are able to hover over the name which gives us ability to edit Author profile but we are not seeing the name/email/author URL.

We have tried using different versions of the plugins – 4.1.1, 4.0.0 and 3.30.1 to see if that was the issue and had no luck. We also disabled all the plugins to see if a conflict was happening with another plugin but had no luck there either. The plugin had been working great for several years before this on our site.

Please let me know if you have any thoughts on what we can do to fix.

This is not common thing to happen. Could you please right click > Inspect, do you see any error on console tab?

I am not seeing anything when I inspect element in the admin.

Any other thoughts of what we could try?

Does deactivate other plugins help in this case?

No unfortunately we gave that a try and it didn’t help fix it.

We actually had a breakthrough in getting this to work correctly. We are using the Newspaper theme.

When we are at Newspaper version 12 (all 4 versions) or above it wasn’t working….when we rolled back to 11.5.1 version it is now working correctly. We believe it may have something to do with TagDiv Composer that is built into the theme.

Please let me know when you get a chance to look at this and hopefully come up with a possible solution.
