[Plugin: admin-only-categories] Unhiding a hidden category

Great plug-in. I’d like to ask on how to unhide a category that you accidentally hidden from some authors? Or the only option is reset? I have hundreds of categories that I have to type in the provided exclusion form, is there also a way to choose categories via a menu for categories you want to hide?
