[Plugin: AdRotate] Permalinks or pretty urls?

So far this plugin looks great, works great, and is perfect for my small niche site and displaying ads.

However, I have a question. The code generates links like this:

https://mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/adrotate/adrotate-out.php?trackerid=1

I don’t really like to have the entire /wp-content/plugins/ directory right in the link itself. Is there any way to change it to something like:

https://mysite.com/adrotate-out.php?trackerid=1
