[Plugin: AdSense Manager] Ads never show up since upgrading from your 2.5 to now 3.2.2

Your plugin was working fine when I was using WP 2.2 and yours 2.5. The ads were no longer showing since I upgraded several times from your 2.5 all the way to the latest 3.2.2. I have also upgraded my WP from 2.2 to 2.5. All my other plugins are working along the upgrade of WP, just yours is missing out.

I like your work and respect your efforts and speed to get things straight. But just it has been too long for me missing that part of income.

What info I need to give you so to fix the issue?
