[Plugin: Adsense Optimizer] 2 Ads on "Multiple Posts" in categorys

Hello,
I want a 468 x 60 Banner on “Multiple Posts” but if I choose “show with” “1st Post” and “Alignment” “Center above post”, I see 2 ads-sections.
One ad on the right place and one ad above the </head> tag. One ad is shown between <head> and </head> but I can see 2 ads.If I choose “2st Post”, everything is OK.
Why?
