Try using the reload code option on the settings page. I had the same issue with jQuery Lightbox and this resolved it.

You need to actually paste in the entire script, not the link tag.

My slidedeck isn’t reinitialising, although I assumed that because the code below is in the footer anyway it would re-run after the page has loaded. I have put it in the reload code area but the slidedeck doesn’t do it’s sliding thing…
